Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov, an American actor who has been appearing in Awkward since the year 2011 and is also known by the name of Sadie Saxton. Tarlov was raised in Manhattan, New York, as the youngest of two daughters. At the age of 10 she began her acting career with the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. Seventh graders that attended the production were extremely impressed. In her later years she pursued studies at NYU Tisch and NYU Tisch in Paris and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College gave her training in a variety of styles. The Atlantic Theater Company was another institution where she was able to study. She also incorporated writing into her performance in the LAByrinth Theater master class. Molly swapped her winter coat for black sunglasses, and headed to Los Angeles. Molly quickly got a three-word part on iCarly which garnered a lot of attention from her parents. Since then, she has done a variety of TV appearances, and also developed the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family show Huge. Molly is known to claim that she's a great basketball player, even though it's not the case. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
